Fantastic! The care and attention to every detail of your dining experience is immaculant. The food, taste and preparation, the service, every detail is above par. We make this our special dine in experience when want to treat ourselves and just get away. We just celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary and it seems the whole entire staff signed a Happy Anniversay Card for us and rose petals were on the table. Now I am POSITIVE this is done for everyone that is celebrating a special occasion, but its makes you feel so welcomed and special. We love Eddie V's

If you’re debating between Eddie V’s and Mastro’s go here. It’s not even close. My wife and I went here on our honeymoon and had an incredible experience. We wrote “honeymoon” for our reason for reservation and we had at least 3 staff members come up to our table to tell us congratulations. Jordan (spelling?) was awesome! Her (and the staff’s) attention to detail were on point. They even left out some rose petals at our dinner for our honeymoon. As for food, I got the Chilean seabass and my wife got the lamb chops. My seabass was incredibly soft and flaky, the lamb chops were a PERFECT medium rare. The truffle mac and cheese was superb! Wasn’t a huge fan of the Brussel sprouts, they could’ve used a little more char in our opinion. There was music, and our table was directly next to the piano and the band. We thought the music was going to be too loud but we were actually pleasantly surprised that we were able to enjoy the music and easily carryon a conversation while enjoying our dinner. And to top it off, Jordan brought us out a complimentary dessert that said congratulations. Their bananas foster is incredible. One of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. 10/10, will be back, thank you Eddie V’s!

I got to experience Eddie V's for the first time during restaurant week, and wow is all myself and my friends said the entire night. Our starters and entrees were amazing and the dessert was so delicious! Ronnie was our waiter and he was so friendly and was very attentive, as well as all other staff members that helped. They deserve 5-star themselves! What a treat it was to also hear love music, a lovely surprise for the evening!

We love Eddie V’s! The best dinner and experience we’ve had yet, and our hostess Ceci is what really made our dinner special. From the moment we walked in she greeted us and made great conversation. We had mentioned it was our anniversary and she made sure to come back with rose pedals for the table, which made our evening extra special. We even took the rose pedals home as a memory of the evening. Thank you Eddie V’s for such amazing service and staff. Not to forget to mention our waitress was also amazing, providing great input on the menu and drinks!

Eddie V's Prime Seafood in Scottsdale, AZ, hosted a corporate dinner for 25 guests, providing an elegant fine-dining experience with an exceptional seafood and steak menu, complemented by a cocktail lounge featuring live jazz. Valet parking was readily available for 11.00, and we received a warm welcome and escort to our private dining room. The classic steakhouse ambiance and highly professional service staff ensured attentive yet unobtrusive service; their presence was seamless and perfectly timed. The food arrived flawlessly paced and prepared to perfection. We extend our appreciation to Manager Richard Schumacher for his well-trained team and for taking the time to greet us. I would give the service a TEN!! The Chilean sea bass,center-cut filet, and truffle mac and cheese all received high praise, with all guests thoroughly enjoying their meals. The evening was a resounding success, leaving everyone in high spirits and deeply appreciative of the exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend Eddie V's Prime Seafood and eagerly anticipate our next visit.

Eddie V's is a top-notch high-end seafood chain. Staff is very friendly and efficient. They have great steaks but I mostly get their Hong Kong style sea bass. The best of all their sides is hands down the crab fried rice. Nothing like it.

Eddie V Jerone Oh, what a night, wow! As many times as we have been there, we usually only sit at the bar to have cocktails and appetizers, but because it was Restaurant week, we decided to venture out and we were not disappointed! Jared took care of us tonight, I love his personality and his descriptions of the specials, but he also helped me pick out the perfect glass of vine! Priest Cabernet, delicious. Deborah, Richard, Steuart, Jared, Brandon, (argh, I forgot the other names). They made our night special and memorable. Hi, good morning The Caesar salad was delicious although I prefer black anchovies over the white. I had the black cod on the restaurant week menu, it was cooked perfect! My husband had the fillet mignon scampi, cooked perfectly, we finished with the bananas Foster. I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed this evening. We spoke to the GM and the managers about setting up some kind of chef table, wine tasting, we are really into that, they let us know that we are top on the list. Anyway, our experience there was absolutely fabulous and we really enjoyed the live music in the background. God bless you all. This was fabulous, thank you. I WOULD RECOMMEND

A beautiful experience accompanied by live music! The food was amazing, fresh and pipping hot, which is a rarity. The service was polite and courteous. I cannot wait to return when we get married in July! This will be a great place to spend time!
